A facultative course on integrity education and corruption prevention has begun

A five-day facultative course on “Integrity and Prevention of Corruption” has begun. The course is conducted by specialists of the Building Integrity Training and Education Center for the full-time students of the Institute of Public Administration.

During the first day of the session, the students were able to get acquainted with the concepts of corruption and integrity, get an idea of ​​international standards in the field of preventing and combating corruption and discuss the key problems that exist in society today on anti-corruption topics. Also, the students were presented with the “Online Training Course on Prevention and Combating Corruption in the MOU and the Armed Forces”.

In her welcoming speech, Ms. Linda Smith, appointed Special Advisor to the United Kingdom by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, emphasized the importance of conducting such courses for university students, because knowledge of integrity and the prevention of corruption is a necessary element of training.
